Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is not the operating base for Singapore Airlines BUR Terminal . Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is one of the key international hubs from which it operates. BUR is not appropriate for long-haul international flights because it mostly manages domestic flights and smaller carriers. In order to take advantage of Singapore Airlines' first-rate services and facilities, passengers flying from the Los Angeles region should go to LAX for their flights.
