Hello, my name is Jems Carl. I flew with British Airways MAD Airways and had a good experience. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were polite and helpful. The flight arrived on time, and the cabin crew gave exceptional service throughout. I loved the cozy seating and the complimentary snacks and beverages. The in-flight entertainment provided a nice range of movies and shows, making the flight enjoyable. Overall, I suggest British Airways to anyone going from Madrid. Excellent value for money
