I had a good experience when I recently went to the United Airlines Boston office My flight-related questions were promptly answered by the polite and helpful staff. The office was easy to explore because it was neat and well-organized. While I waited, I enjoyed the welcoming chairs and obvious signage. During my visit, there was a minor wait, but the staff kept us updated. All in all, I was pleased with the assistance and service I got. Strongly advised
