My experience at the Lufthansa Airlines Calgary Office was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making the whole process easy and stress-free. They assisted me with booking my ticket and patiently answered all my questions about flight details, baggage rules, and check-in procedures. The office was clean, organized, and had comfortable seating, which made my short wait very pleasant. I didn’t experience any delays, as the staff was efficient and quick to help. They were also clear in explaining everything, which gave me confidence about my upcoming trip. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d recommend this Lufthansa office to others.
