My expectations were blown out of the water by Etihad Airways PHL Terminal. The staff was genuinely accommodating and warm, and the check-in process was fast. Before my trip, I savored the peaceful atmosphere of the lounge. To make my journey comfortable, the crew onboard overextended themselves. I will fly again with Etihad Airways as it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them as their service is exemplary.
