Hello, The Turkish Airlines BOS Terminal made our family vacation so much more convenient, particularly because we were traveling with two young children. Right from the beginning, the staff were courteous with our stroller and even escorted us through the check-in process swiftly to prevent long lines with the children. They were patient and kind, which really made a huge difference. The waiting lounge close to the gate was spacious, and our children had room to move about without being a hindrance. The agents even provided my daughter with a small activity book, which kept her occupied. Security personnel were compassionate and considerate, allowing us to use a family lane that was much calmer. As a parent, I valued all the little things that made the day easier. If you’re flying with your family, this terminal is incredibly supportive. Turkish Airlines’ attention to families truly shows at their Boston terminal.
